Our Story
MacRites was established just over 40 years ago. Mac-Rites is a Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment (BBBEE) Level 1 company and is currently owned and managed by Yugan Chetty. His initial interest in purchasing the business stems from successfully completing his Auto Body Repair Trade test in 1996 and qualifying as a panel beater. He has been with the company for the past 20 years and has successfully managed the workshop for the past 15 years. His extensive experience in the industry is a huge advantage, as it allows him to offer his clients service of the highest quality. Mac-Rites is a member of the South African Auto Repairer and Salvage Association (SAARSA) and is accredited to most insurance companies and some fleet and car rental companies. We offer a lifetime guarantee on our paint, a two year guarantee on our workmanship, and a one year guarantee on all replacement parts. We also provide a 24 hour towing service to our clients.
